It began with a bit of jostling on the ball -- Eto'o tried to hold Cesar away from him with a forearm to the throat and Cesar responded with a punch to the shoulder. Eto'o didn't appreciate this and after taking a second to look around, doubled over in unconvincing fashion. Moments later, he casually jogged over to Cesar and introduced the top of his head to the Chievo defender's chest. Cesar went down, but the officials didn't see what happened, so Eto'o avoided a booking and played out the rest of the match, scoring Inter's lone goal in injury time.
Eto'o now faces a possible ban once his impression of a human battering ram is reviewed and Cesar is a little bit miffed that he didn't even apologize for it
